Our most popular program provides one-on-one coaching for clients wanting personal, customized attention. This 90 day program includes:

Group Coaching
By learning and sharing with others, you will have the opportunity to network and find mutual support in a group setting of up to four clients. The additional individual sessions give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with your coach. This 60 day program includes:

Telephone Coaching
Designed for clients who cannot meet in person due to distance or time constraints, this 90 day program includes:

Special Accelerated Coaching
Designed for clients who want to "jump start" the process, this concentrated full or half day program consists of setting strategy and goals, and creating plans to move forward.

 

Coaching Weekends at the Spa
Offered throughout the year, these special weekends are designed for clients who want to combine the benefits of coaching with the relaxation and pampering that goes hand-in-hand with the spa experience. Spa weekends are held throughout the country and offer one-on-one time with the coach plus group coaching workshops.
